The cottage is the ideal base for exploring all of them, but if you don't feel like going far, Sandburn Hall is just around the corner and has everything a player needs.
Is our favourite Golfing location. Set amongst lakes and woodland and just a ten minute drive from the cottage. Open all year round, it’s a very welcoming venue to all golfers. Tykes Restaurant, has an excellent reputation for great quality Yorkshire produce.

Ganton, in the Vale of Pickering between York and Scarborough, ranks among the very best of Britain's inland courses. It has played host to any number of amateur and professional tournaments including the Ryder Cup in 1949.
Needs you to put all your energy into your golfing skills. It contains some very tricky par 3’s with well guarded greens along with many natural hazard that do come into play.
Was designed back in 1892 on the road to the pretty coastal village of Sandsend and has a commanding position on the edge of the cliffs. There are wonderful views along the coast.
